Everyone is welcome to exhibit at the gaming market – from established online stores to individuals selling off their duplicate games. Tables cost just £80 and can be booked by contacting us to request a booking form.

You are welcome to arrive at any time before your allocated ticket times (11:00 for advance tickets, 12:00 for second door or 13:00 for general entry), however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance.

Yes. Doors will open at 11:00 for people who have bought advance tickets online. Second door entry will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour before everyone else. General entry will commence at 13:00

Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible and this will include ‘pre-processing’ of those who already have tickets. This will be done by scanning tickets prior to opening.

At peak times there may be a queuing system for second door and general entry as we will operate and one-in-one out system once we reach our capacity.

Advance entry tickets cost £7.00 plus booking fee. Second door (12:00) tickets cost £4.00 plus booking fee. They are all available on the tickets page.

General entry takes place from 13:00 and tickets cost £3.50 plus booking fee. These can be purchased on the door as well as in advance. To prevent overcrowding we will be introducing a one-in-one-out system during busy times with priority given to pre-booked tickets.

General entry (and on-the-door entry) will be from 13:00. The price will be £3.50 per adult (plus booking fee if purchased online). Under 16s go free after 13:00.

You can either purchase general entry tickets online or just turn up and pay on the door from 13:00.

We will have a separate queue for on-the-door sales and priority will be given to pre-booked tickets.

Yes. Everyone will get a wristband on entry to the venue which will allow re-entry at any time.

Please be aware that during peak times we will be operating a one-in-one-out system and you may have to join a re-entry queue to get back in, however priority will be given to anyone who already has a wristband.

Yes. There is paid parking at the venue as well as nearby NCP and QPark sites.

Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee – this only applies to general 13:00 door entry.

Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult after 13:00.

If you wish to bring a child for advance entry or second door a ticket must also be purchased for any children attending.

Under 5s go free at any time.

We are unable to offer refunds for pre-paid tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.

Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show.

Sorry but no dogs are permitted at this event.
